Dahal leaves for Bangkok for wife's treatment
KATHMANDU, DEC 31 - UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal left for Bangkok on Monday for the treatment of his wife Sita, Dahal's aide said.

Dahal and his spouse boarded a Thai Airways plane at 2 pm this afternoon.

Sita Dahal has been suffering from Kidney ailment, Dahal's personal aide Shiva Khakurel informed.

Dahal is scheduled to return to the Capital on Wednesday.

It is said that in Thailand, he will meet Indian officials to pave deadlock in Nepalese political situation.
