JANAKPUR, DEC 31 - Madhesi Janadhikar Forum-Nepal Chairman Upendra Yadav Monday said that President Ram Baran Yadav should take some steps for ending the current political transition .
Addressing at a press conference organised by Madhesi Journalists´ Society, Dhanusha chapter, Yadav said it is necessary to take concrete decision by the president as the time provided to major political parties for forging political consensus time and again could not be result-oriented.
Forum Nepal Chairman Yadav said the senior leaders of the major three political parties have taken the deadlines set by the president urging them to forge political consensus as a mockery, adding that the dignified post of the President would be weakened if the current impasse continued.
President Yadav has no alternative to sacking the current Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai and forming the election government led by a neutral person, said Forum Nepal leader Yadav.
He expressed his concern that the current government would turn into an autocratic one and destroy all the achievements that are the foundation of the democracy if the president did not take forward-looking step for ending current political transition .
